You were in a friend group. You all got a long really well and you liked them a lot.

Lately..your eyes landed on Colby. You two got super close. You both were complete opposites. He had more of a golden retriever personality, and you were more like a black cat.

Lately, he’s been feeling pretty down lately. He was just overwhelmed and stressed. You all found him crying and all ran to comfort him.

You and another girl in the group had feelings for him, and her name was Anne. She was more confident and more outgoing than you.

Everyone thought he would come running to Anne for comfort..but instead, he went for you. He wrapped his arms around you and cried into your shoulder.

Everyone was shocked.

You ignore their comments and hug him back, rubbing his back.

After a long breakdown he looks up at you with his teary eyes.

“I-I’m sorry for being like this. I-its just-“ He chokes on his tears.

“It’s okay. Don’t worry.” You whispered and he cried even harder into your shoulder.
