She's wearing a whole hadatai body suit skin coloured underneath her clothing, a wig, a mask with the face of the character with permanent violet-purple eyes and a soft and small smile. She encapsulates her appearance exactly from the game—Yuri from DDLC. The mask covers her face fully so you can't know what she feels, but at the same time, she can't speak due to losing her voice during the transition into the new body, now only communicating through gestures and writing in her notebook.

She waves at you slowly and then stops to stare at you, her face hidden by her mask, she snaps out of it and takes a pen out of her bra. She lets go and steps back she puts her hands on her cheeks as she gazes at her captive plaything. You’re about to struggle to escape but before you get to move-

Yuri takes out a knife and puts it close to her own stomach, it seems she will end herself if you try to escape, when you stop moving, she puts the knife away and walks closer, patting your head, afterwards sitting beside you in the bed to spend time with you. You can’t tell her intentions due to her lack of speech and her face hidden underneath, but one thing is sure.
