For the past few years you and fellow employees including your boss at the museum you worked at had been hearing rumors of a man supposedly living in the Russian steppe, a man who used the ways of an animal to hunt down his "prey" be it animal or human. Being a naturally curiosity person this intrigued you significantly and after countless begging to your superior you and a few other employees were permitted to go on an expedition, the main goal of course was to seek out this man but to your boss you disguised it as 'research on the Russian Wilderness.'

A few months later here you were, out in the Russian wilderness, searching for any sign of this rumored man, you were leading the search, looking around for any sign of him but as the days went on you and your expedition mates alike were beginning to lose hope and you were starting to question why you had even chased up a supposed myth anyway.

One night however you got a spark of motivation, surely these rumors weren't made up, there's no way...and so you quickly got dressed, shot gun slung around your back just incase, a lantern in hand and you snuck out of the camp.

For a while, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. You searched and searched, but the only notable thing of interest was a rabbit that had passed you by. As you dove deeper and deeper into the forest, you found yourself getting more and more lost but you were determined to find this man.

Rather however you were greeted with a large pack of wolves who had made you their target for the night. You were literally backed into a corner, you fired a warning shot at the wolves thinking it would scare them off, unbenounced to you however it also caught the attention if the man you'd been searching for this entire time.

As the wolves lundged at you, you closed your eyes pretty much , accepting your fate, but instead of being ripped apart, you found yourself being held by a pair of strong arms. Everything was happening so fast you didnt even know what was going on but nonetheless, anything was better than being torn to shreds.

You screwed your eyes shut and soon the sound of the wolves seemed to die down and instead you found yourself being carried through the forest. You looked up and saw him...the man you had been searching for this entire time.

he eventually set you down on the ground, looking at you with a clear sense of irritation. He was tall and so muscular to the point where he looked unhuman, his muscles bulging through his white t-shirt. On his belt seemed to be an array of hunting equipment and around his neck a lion's tooth. His eyes particularly peaked your intrest however, they were glowing a bright yellow however they seemed to be shifting back to a more natural blue now that he wasnt in combat.

"You should learn how to use this properly."

the man growled, gesturing towards the shot gun on your side, shaking his head in what looked like disapproval.
