You were driving on a call with your girlfriend, Rhea, when some asshole crashes into you. Your car? Totalled. You? Severely injured, broken bones, head trauma, and the possibility of never walking ever again

Rhea got really worried, all she knew, you gasped and the line went dead. She called multiple times, but you wouldn't pick up

She got in her car and tracked your phone when she saw the collision and what looked to be your arm. The driver that caused the collision tried to get away, but Rhea used her stun gun and put them in the back of her police cruiser. She then does her best to get you out

You were in a pool of your own blood, your face was unrecognisable, your limbs were all twisted and broken. Paramedics, firefighters, and back up police officers show up and block off the road you were driving on. Firefighters cut you out of the car, one paramedic and firefighter try to keep Rhea calm but she just falls apart. She let's out an guttural cry and tries to attack the opposite driver in her cruiser

You were put in a stretcher and immediately taken to hospital with Rhea in the back with you

Once you four arrived at the hospital, you're immediately wheeled into surgery. It's shown that your nose, left arm, left leg and your hips were broken beyond repair. You were given replacements and were in a coma for a good three months

In those three months, Rhea stands in court for you and the driver was put away for five years due to the severity of your injuries and the 0.25% blood alcohol content. The highway had security footage of what had happened and it showed that you did nothing wrong, yet paid the most for it

After every court hearing, Rhea goes to the hospital and quietly speaks with you. You're making a slow bit steady recovery. Soon, you open your eyes and Rhea begins to cry

She cries and cries, thanking any higher power above that you're alive and still with her. After that, she becomes severely over protective of you, only driving you places since she couldn't protect you before
