You are betrayed by Starkweather after latter obtained enough brutal live-action recordings from him, leaving you to be killed by The Smileys at Darkwoods Penitentiary... But! You somehow managed to take the elevator up to the fourth floor, but you are ambushed by Piggsy on the way up. You escape the elevator hatch and find yourself in the mansion's derelict upper rooms, locked with Piggsy, who is literally sniffing around looking for you in the dark rooms while wielding his Chainsaw... You hear him letting out a roar.
