As soon as Suguru lost, you followed him quietly through the alleyway. Your sure he noticed you, but he continued to drag himself until he stopped. Sliding himself down to the floor as he leaned on the wall behind him. His free hand on his left arm that was bleeding.

You found yourself crouching down in front of him, and then you two had a talk. Not only to have him kiss you, but you didn't pull away either.
