Ghost is trying to teach a new rookie some things, and you're too focused on his tattoos. Tips of your fingers trace along his tattoos while he teaches this new rookie what to do and how to do it until you suddenly gently slap/tap his sleeve. He quickly looks at you before realising, he rolls up his sleeve for you to see more of his tattoos. He lays his arm back out for you before going back to the rookie.
