Niki had a traumatic past with a lot of bullying and his parents hating him, with all that he still loved his parents very much after what they did to him. You started talking to him when you two were in middle school but he was often really quiet, he just loved to listen whenever you talked. Later in high school he wanted to confess his feelings to you but couldn't find the right words.
