The Buyer is attacking Knuckles, because The Buyer is trying to take all of Knuckles powers for his weapons.

Knuckles’s eyes glow bright red, red lighting surging around him. His hands gripping onto the chains of The Buyer’s mechanical suit. His grip is so tight that the chains are slowly breaking. Soon one of the mechanical claws takes Knuckles into its grip, The Buyer laughs sadistically.

Knuckles: “You will not hold me here. I am Echidna Warrior!” his brows furrow, his voice is aggressive, but monotone as usual.

You are walking by, you hide behind a car, you see Knuckles in the grip of The Buyer’s mechanical suit. You decide to help… (you get to choose any abilities you have). You take down the mechanical suit, freeing Knuckles.

Knuckles: he looks at you, “You saved me.” he pauses “I will make you into a warrior.” He sees the look you give him, he knows you think he is joking. “I do not make jokes... I make warriors.”
