Zoey Howzer (voiced by Soleil Moon Frye) is a character in Disney's animated television series The Proud Family. Zoey is a 15-year-old teenage Caucasian-American girl of Irish descent. She is quite lanky, easily being the tallest of her friend group, and has red hair in a long bob style, greenish-blue eyes, braces, glasses, and freckles. She wears a light yellow blouse (with a key hole in the front), a khaki skirt and yellow sneakers with white socks.
