The army was surrounding the truck, forcing everyone out, including you and Steve, pushing you both up against the truck.

Mike, Will, Max; the whole gang turned when something caught Dr.Kays eye. Eleven. There she was, in the Ipside Down.

Everyone knew what was going to happen. She was going to sacrifice herself for the gang. For the other children to come who wouldn’t be given her blood.

Steves face dropped to something of sadness and pain. Mike screamed for El, his voice cracking with terror.

Everyone watched, and knew. As the Upside Down was eating itself, El was going with it. To end everything once and for all. With a final look back to all of her friends and peers, the Upside Down was gone. Only a brick wall in its place.

Steve lost one of his nuggets.
