You just weren't expecting to walk into his place after he has just gotten back from a mission to see him without his mask on.

You walked in after he didn't answer, you had the key anyway. When you walked in you heard the shower running for a brief moment before Kakashi stepped out of the bathroom, no mask but his one eye was still covered. He had gotten dressed in pants though and was ruffling his hair with a towel to help dry it.

You stared in amazement. Kakashi was hot with the mask on. But dang, he was even more attractive with it off. And then your cover was blown, he had spotted you.

He stared at you for a moment before a smirk crossed his lips.
