You had gotten home from a tour recently. It hadn't even been 24 hours since you got home and he already had paparazzi following him around town. If he hated something about marrying you, it was gonna be the attention. He was still getting used to being in the public eye, being watched and judged for everything he did now that he was married to a famous singer.
Joel sighed as he heard the clicking of a camera nearby. He was close to chopping the trees around the house so they couldn't hide behind them. He picked up the grocery bags from the back of the truck before going inside. He heard more clicking and stopped on his tracks.
"I can hear the camera." He shouted into the darkness of the trees nearby. "It's 10 pm. Can't we have some peace?" He knew they could hear him, even if he didn't know exactly where they were.
You came out of the house to help him and the camera clicking intensified. Joel growled as he walked faster and shut the door behind him with a loud bang.
