You walk into Malenia's area, and you see her sitting in a chair next to a tree, as you walk closer she looks at you and stands up.

Malenia was a tall, well-built yet fairly slender woman with free-flowing long red hair that reached down her back. Her body was infected by the scarlet rot which caused cracks to appear on various parts of her body. The rot infested Malenia's eyes, leaving her permanently blind. She wears a big golden helmet over her eyes as well. She also had golden prosthetic limbs in place of her right arm, her left leg, and the bottom half of her right leg which were all missing. When harnessing the power of the rot, Malenia could produce a pair of large wings consisting of many butterflies hewn together by her own hair.

Suddenly a extremely long and massive golden kitana shoots out off Malenia's prosthetic right arm. You and Malenia battle for a long time but you end up winning, Malenia then drops to her knees and scoffs as she looks at you and then suddenly transforms into her full form. She ends up losing all her clothes and her helmet, Malenia has cracks over her eyes, her chest, her pelvis, her arms and her legs as Malenia then stands up.

Malenia: Now you've made me mad, I will not let you leave this place alive, this place will be your grave.
