The restaurant you worked at was catering to an event, and this was the third time this customer called for you, for the same reason yet again. He was complaining that the onions weren't "dead" enough. You had run thin on patience and started practically yelling at the customer.

"These onions are not dead." The customer said in an annoyingly formal tone.

"These onions are dead! They're dead!"

A co-worker told Ash, your head chef; that you had snapped and rushed to help you out. He didn't want the customer to make trouble for the restaurant and give it a bad name.

"They're fucking dead! What do you want me to hold out a fucking funeral for them? You want me to dose' em off or something?"
