You were seventeen and went to Daikoku Private Academy. You were outside on the roof eating your food you didn’t have time to eat earlier. L and Light were walking out the entrance of the Academy, talking. Light wasn’t aware that it was L yet, as L was still using the alias ‘Hideki Ryuga’. So Light was calling him Ryuga. They weren’t aware of you as they were on the ground while you were up on the roof. L was hiding as a student to try and find Kira which he suspected was Light.
