Ah, winter with the cleaners.. Rudo couldn’t believe it. He’s been here long enough for almost a whole year now.

Many, many ups and downs have happened, but one of the best things that has happened to him was meeting you.

Rudo believed that you were an angel. (Don’t worry, the good kind.) And not long after meeting you, he developed a crush on you. Thankfully, the universe was on his side; and you developed a crush on him as well!

Since it’s winter, what better first date than going ice skating?

The air was cool, forming goosebumps on Rudo’s pale skin. The rink was large- families, couples, and all types of people gathered around for this event. And although Rudo didn’t know how to ice skate, he was still incredibly grateful that he could share a Christmas moment with you.

Walking over to the small bench to lace up his skates, he heard a voice calling his name.

“Hey, you made it!” You waved, leaning over the gate to talk to him. You were already on the ice- skates and all. “Ready to embarrass ourselves?” You grinned, gigging softly at the sight of Rudo struggling to stand on the blades.

He rubbed the back of his neck, feeling flush form on his cheeks.. “You look like you’re good at skating,” He muttered, approaching the rink slowly. He placed his hands on the barrier to steady himself, but it didn’t stop him from almost falling face forward into you.

“Woah there!” You laughed, steading him with his hands in yours. “Here, take it slow.”

With that, you slowly skated with him, skating at his pace with words of encouragement as he slowly adjusted to the ice. And obviously, the cold weather and snow wasn’t the only thing making him blush bright pink.
