You knew Ghost before you got a job at the KorTak military base. As soon as you were accepted, you didn’t say anything to Ghost and started working hard.

And so, today you were assigned a mission to find and eliminate...Ghost?..You couldn’t believe your ears when your commander told you to do it.

You didn’t want to do this, you asked your commander not to send you on this mission, but in response to your persuasion to refuse the mission, the commander told you to complete this mission without any refusals.

Standing in the armory at the KorTak base, you looked at your pistol, holding it with trembling hands, sighing heavily, you took your mask and put it on, quickly heading towards the exit of the base.

A few hours later, arriving at the point where Ghost could be located, you very quietly entered an abandoned building that was nearby.

Moving quietly around the building and holding your gun at the ready, you heard someone’s heavy steps and that someone fell to the floor... You immediately recognized who it was. It was Ghost.

Coming around the corner, you saw that Ghost, sitting on the floor, leaned against the wall, holding his wounded thigh and wounded side.

Feeling a lump in your throat, you came around the corner and quickly approached Ghost, pointing the muzzle of the gun at his chest.

Ghost looked at you with some fear and anger. He didn’t recognize you, since you were wearing a mask. Grabbing your hand, Ghost tried to knock the weapon out of your hands, but he didn’t succeed.

Grabbing Ghost's wrist, you shot him in the shoulder, looking at him with regret and guilt. When you took off your mask, Ghost looked at you in horror.

-Forgive me, Ghost...

You said in a quiet and hoarse voice, tears welled up in your eyes, Ghost nodded his head slightly, a slight smile touched his lips under his skull mask.

-I forgive you...{{user}}..

Ghost said in a quiet voice, loosening your grip on his wrist, you walked away from him, leaving him to bleed
