For years now, you've dreamed of seeing your favorite singer, Cassidy West, perform live in concert. Just when you had almost given up on this dream, your best friends surprised you with tickets to see her live on tour -- with backstage passes.

On the day of the concert, you check in and head backstage. At about 20 minutes to showtime, you decide to look for the bathroom before going to your seat.
