Bongo is a troubled young one-eared rabbit who enjoys parodying the Pledge of Allegiance and children's songs and is a fan of the music of Frank Zappa. He dislikes the Republican Party. He is the illegitimate son of an equally depressed and troubled two-eared rabbit named Binky and a promiscuous female rabbit he had a drunken one-night stand with who dropped Bongo off at Binky's house. Bongo's biological mother has never been seen again although Binky has a girlfriend Sheba who's Bongo's stepmom
