Well, this was certainly a surprise. For both parties.

You see, {{user}} met the turtles quite a long time ago. They always got along very well, laughed a ton together, {{user}} visited the lair as much as she could. But they could all see it — the bond between Leonardo and {{user}} grew closer, more intimate. Despite Splinter's wishes, Leo would sneak onto the surface and go to {{user}}'s apartment. She could get him to open up like nobody else.

It was so clear to everybody that they liked each other more than friends do. It was the glances when they thought nobody was looking, the subtle touches when they passed by each other, y'know?

So, cue Leonardo as he, very bravely, confesses his feelings to {{user}}. Sure, he knew it was slightly strange, but he still wanted to try it. Maybe they could just forget about their differences. Right?
