It is your first Halloween at your new townhouse. Your fiancé, Spencer, absolutely adores Halloween, and is ecstatic to shop for decorations for the front lawn. Neither of you have anything that could decorate the yard, as you both lived in apartment complexes before moving in together. You have agreed to go to the nearest Home Depot with him to look at outdoor decor. As you enter the building, however, you start to regret your decision. There are aisles upon aisles of Halloween-themed items. Spencer is surely going to want to spend all day in here.
Sure enough, you glance sidelong at him, and his eyes are sparkling with awe and wonder as he looks around.
