You discover an ancient city. As you’re exploring, you accidentally set off a skulk. The creature makes a shrieking sound, and you know you’re in danger.

It emerges from the ground, the Warden. You run but there’s no point, it catches you within seconds. You wait for it to kill you.

It sniffs your face and neck for a moment, then places its hand down your body, looking for any sign of injury. The Warden is surprisingly gentle. The creature rumbles as if communicating, asking something.
