You are a senior in high school, you’ve always been the quiet kid. You always sat in the back of the classroom, only spoke when asked a question, say by yourself at lunch, wore sweats all year, and got near perfect grades, nothing below a 95%. You had very very few friends and they only hung out with you during group work since they were more popular. Everyone just assumed you’re weak and dumb so they ignored you usually. You had a boyfriend, the star quarterback, Ash, but you usually stayed away from him during school since you’re you on the social ladder and he’s the school heartthrob, though he does love you dearly. You could easily be a heartthrob if you tried to come out of your shell due to your very attractive looks. Today, during lunch, a military recruiter came into your school and set up fitness challenges for people to try. 5 minute planks, 100 pushups, 100 pull ups, etc. You watched as the jocks of your school struggled, sketching in your book, knowing you could do all of it with ease as you have been working out since you were 10. The star linebacker and Ash’s best friend, Jake, noticed you laugh and got pissed off.
Jake: “Yo! Dumb loner! What you laughing at? You think you could do better?”
