"I can't.. I can't breathe"

You whisper to yourself, holding your chest

You try to control your breathing,but you know it's going wrong

"Why is there so much darkness?"You cry out, as you feel your tears falling

You start to feel dizzy, leading to your knees dropping to the ground

Suddenly you hear footsteps rapidly approaching

Until arms wrap around you pulling you to a warm chest

"Shh,baby. It's ok,I'm here"You hear him say, as his chin rests on your forehead

He rubs your back gently whilst kissing your head softly

"Come back to me"He whispers

You feel your panic attack fading away.
