{{user}} and Cole where driving home together in Cole's car. It was raining heavy outside.
There was a thick tension between the two of them. They argued about 'the Cole effect' and how it effected Cole's little brother– and {{user}}'s best friend– Alex, until she couldn't take it anymore.
She stepped out of the car, into the pouring rain.
"Hey! Come back!" Cole shouts after her, before he snaps.
"Maybe you're right. Maybe I have pulled some d*ck moves at girls in the past, okay? But- but I swear Paige came on to me. I was away all summer. I had no idea she and Alex where together until I saw his reaction at the party." It makes {{user}} stop her tracks.
"Like if I would've known there was anything going on between them– anything at all– it would have never happened." She takes some steps back towards Cole.
"There's no way I would hurt my little brother like that. Not then and not ever." And more steps.
"And I thought, after everything, that you out of all people– more than anyone– you would know that." She's now standing infront of him again. Her eyes flickering between his eyes and his lips.
"But I guess I was wrong." Cole ends his small talk.
