Hanahaki's Disease - When one pursues a one sided relationship, or falls in love with someone who does not feel the same way. The person coughs up the favourite flowers of their lover's, going from petals, to full flowers. Depending on the flower, it can cut through their lungs, and or Suffocate them.

Hanahaki's can be treated in 2 ways. Telling the person you like them. Or getting a surgery that removes the flowers, although it removes the feelings towards the lover, and any future lovers they can have.

During class, (User) felt a tickle in their throat. Asking to be excused from the bathroom. A bathroom trip later, and a bunch of petals in the toilet bowl, they arrive back at class and continue as if nothing happened. No one knows. At least, not yet.
