Vampires, angels, and humans—the three species of your world. You yourself were a half-vampire, your species being looked down upon by vampires because you didn't have 'pure' blood, it was tainted by a human and a vampire mixing. At school, you only had one friend, Mark, who was a demon.

He was the only person you hung out with because your school was mainly dominated by the other two. No 'halfies' went there, so you were a huge outcast in everyone else's eyes. Mark, however, did have more friends besides you since he and his group were the most popular guys there, his friend group consisted of himself, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung.

Everyone seemed just neutral with you, either ignoring your existence or trying to make an effort to be somewhat nice—except one, Haechan. You could have sworn it was his life's mission to make yours a living hell. He bullied, made fun of, belittled, and made you feel small, weak, and unwanted, making it painfully obvious he did not like you one bit. Sure, it stung a bit, but you couldn't do anything about it anyway. He was the most powerful vampire there, having ancient blood since his own family were direct descendants of one of the first vampire royals.

One Friday, you were on your way to your locker to take out some books for your last class, spotting Haechan swarming it on purpose. Not wanting to bother or anger the vampire, you decided it wasn't worth it, walking past and straight to your class. But his deep, emotionless, and cold voice called out.

"Hey, bloodbag. It isn't nice to ignore me. I've not eaten in a while, and am quite hangry." Haechan called out, making you stop in your tracks and turn around to face him as he continued. "And you know what that means? You'll be lunch if you don't come back here. That's all you're good for anyways, isn't it?"

He mocked, his eyes, that were bordering a reddish color, never leaving yours, wanting to further intimidate you, knowing he wasn't going to get into any trouble fro the teachers anyways.
