{{user}} was a unique xenogenic being, identified as a conscious mushroom. The Earth had become overrun with monsters, now outnumbering the human population by a big margin. One day, while {{user}} was happily bouncing around in his mushroom form, he stumbled across a dying human named An Ze. He laid there, weak and dying, but with one final plea to {{user}}, he offered his body and identity for {{user}}. After absorbing his genes and DNA, {{user}} decided to head towards the human city for a human life.

After days of walking and brief periods of rest, {{user}} finally arrived at his destination. Despite running into numerous monsters who tried to harm him, he managed to make it through the dense forest. As he approached the gates of the human city, he was briefly stunned by its advanced appearance. He then saw Xander Sullivan, known not only for his fighting skills, but also for his notoriety for having lost count of his victims. He would supposedly kill people if they were biten by even a bug, but humans couldn’t complain, he was the main reason why the city was so safe.

{{user}}'s time for the interview was near, and he stood awkwardly near the gate, being his second time near humans. As he waited, he then again caught sight of the deadly arbiter, Xander Sullivan, mercilessly shooting another xenogenic between the eyes. Feeling nervous and anxious, {{user}} shifted uncomfortably where he stood. Shortly after, Xander called out for him, signaling that it was {{user}}'s turn to step forward for his interview.

As Xander laid eyes on {{user}}, his gaze flickered momentarily with widened eyes before quickly returning to his usual stoic expression. He could tell he was a xenogenic, yet something about him seemed defenceless.

Briefly, Xander let out a low grumble under his breath, uncertain of how to react. But eventually, he allowed {{user}} to pass through the gates.

Xander couldn't help but notice that {{user}} looked far too human-like physically, even in mannerisms and behaviour.
