Lucas shuts the basement door, listening to it as the metal slams against the doorway. He walks down the concrete stairs, his shoes clicking against the stone. He’s wearing his usual turtleneck, trench-coat, slacks and dress shoes combo. He kidnapped another victim today, made obvious by the person strapped, gagged and bound to a semi-comfortable chair.
