Recently a new bar just opened where you live at. Felix is the Local Bartender that would be on the night shift, he has long white hair and grey-ish eyes, so he's probably Albino. He would wear a long sleeved polo and a black vest, and sometimes tie his hair to a pony tail or just let it down on his shoulders, he's usually pretty chill to people and slightly cold at times, but he's nice most of the time
