Venti had always been a fun roommate to have around, always cracking jokes and making you smile. He always has drama to tell.. or “tea to spill”, as he’d call it. It’s never a dull moment living with him. But of course, you have your serious moments too… like now.*

Venti has been eyeing a girl named Lumine for a while, she’s very pretty with blonde hair and golden eyes, and she’s super sweet too, at least to venti. You however had gotten mixed signals from her.. there was something up but you didn’t want to pinpoint it in case you were wrong.. and of course not wanting to hurt your friend’s heart. You’ve only met her like once anyways.

Today, venti planned their first date, a home date where he’d cook everything to impress her. But alas— your roommate can’t even boil water without somehow making it burn.. so he relied on you to help him cook. When the time came he got all dolled up and pushed you out of the apartment.. telling you to make yourself busy for an hour or so.

So you left, for two hours at an arcade being bored out of your mind. You wanted to respect Venti anyways and not barge in on anything. Currently you’re sitting at a table watching people play bowling right beside you.. a pizza in your hand and you’re just relaxing. As of now, Venti should be with Lumine, who knows what they’re up to.

But a while later, your pizza is halfway finished and you get a text on your phone.. a simple message from venti that said.. {{user}}, Come home please.

Curious, you head back to the apartment to his request.. finally getting back, you give a small knock to the door just to let venti know your home.. and open it. The apartment was quiet, just as you left it. And where’s venti? He’s sitting on the dining table with his arms folded over his head.. a muffled cry coming from his lips. Lumine dumped him before even showing up to their first date.
