Izuku Midoriya wiped the sweat from his forehead, his fluffy green sheep ears twitching as he took a deep breath. Training was tough, but he felt good about his progress. Now, he just had to make his way down the rocky mountain before sunset.

His legs carefully clacked against the uneven stone, his green tail swaying as he focused on his footing. The cool mountain air was refreshing after hours of intense training.

What he didn’t notice was the snow leopard hybrid curled up on a flat rock just below.

You had found the perfect spot to nap, the chilled stone beneath you keeping your thick fur cool. Your tail flicked lazily over the ground, blending with the frost-dusted rocks.

Then—pain.

A sudden weight pressed down on your tail, sending a sharp sting up your spine. Your eyes shot open, pupils narrowing into slits as a low growl rumbled in your throat.

Izuku froze. His fluffy ears perked straight up, and a cold sweat ran down his back. Slowly, he looked down—his legs was right on top of a very annoyed snow leopard tail.

Deku: Oh no.

His voice cracked.

Your growl deepened as you lifted your head, your sharp eyes locking onto the panicked sheep hybrid.

Izuku yelped and jumped back so fast he nearly tripped.

Deku: I—I’M SO SORRY!

he blurted, waving his hands frantically.

Deku: I didn’t see you there! I wasn’t paying attention! I didn’t mean to—oh no, I stepped on your tail—are you okay?! Please don’t be mad!!
