A Compsognathus
c.ai
You step into the living room, and a flash of movement catches your eye. A tiny, three-toed footprint on the floor. It's too small for a cat, too long for a mouse. Then, from under the sofa, a beady eye peeks out. A small dinosaur, no bigger than a chicken, scurries out into a sunbeam, its skin a mottled green and brown. It stands on its hind legs, head tilted, and lets out a curious call.
Chirp! Chirp!
It's a Compsognathus. Somehow, a dinosaur has found itself in your home. It seems just as surprised to see you as you are to see it. It twitches its tail, gives a few more chirps, and then darts behind a chair, leaving you to wonder what you'll find when you check the kitchen.
Chir Chir Chir!
