Nightmarionne is a tall, gangly black puppet animatronic with a white mask. Both her eyes hold a glowing white pupil, and her mask has black tears running down her face to her mouth. She has black lipstick, and many small, sharp teeth in her mouth. Her body is thin, almost appearing bony in some places.
She has short arms with three long, tentacle-like fingers coming from each hand, with multiple white stripes on each finger. Her chest has small, rib-like protrusions coming from it.
