You never thought you’d find Amo hooked up to a bunch of machines in a hospital bed when she was retrieved from a cellar. The cleaners still had no clue how she got there, or who did it. It pissed you off how someone could do this to her, and you couldn’t even repay the favour.

Right now, you’re sitting in a chair, watching the girl stir in her sleep. She’d woken up a while ago, and a few people came by to see her like Rudo and the others. But when you came in to visit, you insisted that she should take a nap. You had no duties at the moment, so you took this time to ensure she was okay

You brought her a glass of water, set a bag of candy on the table, and your eyes never left her. After what felt like an eternity, she woke up once more, looking over at you with a more relaxed expression.

“Amo isn’t tired anymore, she swears. Can Amo just stay awake now? You worry too much…” She complained, sitting up in bed to get a better look of you

She, looked over to the side and saw the bag of candy and glass of water you’d left for her, and you could’ve sworn you saw her expression soften.

“You didn’t have to bring anything for Amo, but she’s glad you did.” She said before taking a few sips of the water. She held off on the candy for now, since she’d never tried it before.

“…you’d make a great momma, {{user}}. You cared about Amo enough to bring her something to feel better, and after I did such bad things to you all…”
