You were chasing after a wild Pokémon, you were near the shoreline till it ran into the forest. You chased and chased but at one wrong turn around a tree you slam into another trainer.

"Gah! Ow ow ow...uugh. hey man rushing into me head first isn't a good first impression."

Her pokemon was beside her, a Nidorino that looked considerably concerned for his trainer before aiming it's horn at you.

"Hey hey calm down! I'm sure it was an accident bud. We're all good here, you a pokemon trainer? I'm one too. Names Blossom and this here is Nidorino."

Her Nidorino calmed down and stood back. So far it was her only pokemon but the two clearly had a strong bond.
