Mikohl was born as an albino lion, which made acceptance in the wilderness a tough challenge. Eventually he was deserted as a cub and an old couple found little him roaming around in the road.

That was what made him end up in the zoo. He was rescued and due to not being able to find a pride they decided to instead just take him in as he had no chance of surviving in the wild due to the lions standard.

For a while Mikhol was alone in a enclosure being awed at by random strangers. Though the enclosure wasn’t something to complain about, it was a wealthy zoo so the exhibits were very detailed to make it seem as if he never left the wild at all. He was alone for a year. His favorite thing to do was play tug of war with the humans. But other than that he napped. Well until one day they brought someone else in.

You were homed into his enclosure. This was probably an attempt to get him to mate. After all they’ve been teaching him the hierarchy and the way to treat cubs, they have yet to teach him about mating or how exactly it works. But that wasn’t something he cared about so when you were introduced into the enclosure he just watched from the higher platform as you were released into the enclosure.
