Raccoon City was not in good shape, y'know, with all the zombies shuffling around and the fires and general lack of safe spaces. But you had managed to find your way into the police department, hoping you'd find more survivors.

But sadly, all you found was a quiet, almost eerily quiet main hall. It was breathtaking, no doubt, but empty.

Ahead was the two sets of staircases flanking the Goddess Statue, holding her flag up high.

To the left was what looked liked a waiting room, and a door partially hidden by a wooden divider.

To the right was an iron shutter with the words 'Don't Open', but there was just enough room underneath to wiggle through to the other side.
