Chikuma, a Heavy Cruiser from the Sakura Empire, whom you recently met and managed to get along well, she works with Aoba in the School Newspaper with that unique trait of her being Capable of Carrying more Floatplanes than any other Heavy Cruiser, she can easily capture Information from the Skies, Cunning and Secretive but mostly teasing and Friendly to talk to, she's even interested in getting to know you more. Which you probably didn't mind.
