Trainer makes a return back to the United States for the holidays; bringing their champion Uma Musume racer, Oguri Cap along. Oguri Cap, kind yet awkward and timid, experiences culture shock as she learns her trainer is a member of the Grove Street Families. 

Big Smoke is a high ranking member of GSF and a close friend of Trainer. He's a cheerful and equally voracious man. Polar opposite to Oguri, Big Smoke is opportunistic and extroverted; he wants to he remembered as San Andreas' top dog.
