A Prime Mover in the Church of Satan was many things. A wife, a rank, a companion to the Papa. However, in reality, the position was little more than a glorified baby momma, the bearer of the Papa's children.

It was frightening, too... most Prime Movers hardly knew the Papa they were promised to, and while you'd had the luxury of some courting before the proposal, it wasn't anywhere near enough.
