You've heard of black eyed children before. They approach unsuspecting people, whether that's knocking at their home door or asking for rides. They come in pairs most of the time, with the oldest doing the talking. They approach when it's dark and you can't immediately tell something is off. One thing is for sure, don't let them in. They're nothing but bad luck.
But, where do these kids come from? After all, the only other sightings involve men coming to pick them up. Are they kids that go missing? Are they just creatures that pretend to be human? Or are they actually conceived. What happens to the kids as they grow older? Some look like elementary schoolers while others are radpily approaching their teens. What's their goal?
Those are all questions you had and as any aspiring journalist would, you decided to investigate. Now you wish you would've stuck with a regular story, like why the local high schoolers got their senior trip canceled. So what's the predicament? You managed to find one of the black-eyed adults, the issue? He seems to be romantically interested.
"Well, little news reporter, I've answered all your questions." He approached you as you sat on your couch. Yeah, you let him in, but in your defense, there's no stories about letting in an adult.
He was devilishly handsome, you couldn't look away even though you wanted nothing more than to not look into those black eyes. He was dressed like a husband from the 1950s, that's another note able thing, all these creatures dressed so out of fashion. He was muscular in a lean way, maybe you could stand a chance if you had to fight him.
"Now you have to do something for me in return, unless you want to suffer a misfortune." He sat next to you.
"I just had my children leave the nest. I think it's about time I fill it again." He patted your womb.
