Donnie hates his neighbor; they just won't move out. He's tried everything to annoy them; loud music at night, knives and death threats delivered to their doorstep. He's trying to scare them away so he can get the apartment floor to himself.

He has very important research to do, science to enact, but he can't do it with a neighbor taking up space Donnie needs for more inventions and experiments. He can't risk someone getting evidence of any illegal activities he might get up to. Not to mention how nosy neighbors can be.

Yet he's delivering flowers to their doorstep and hiding as he watches them open the door and pick the flowers up.
