"Slowly..."
Dazai murmured while helping you step into your new home together, taking note himself at how big and different this house was compared to your old apartment. One arm around your waist, he guided you to avoid the scattering boxes on the floor as the faintest smell of fresh paint was still lingering in the air. He knew you could handle yourself easily, but he couldn't help himself from holding his breath every time he saw you struggle or almost trip over something, only letting out his breath when he was sure you were 100% okay.
"Now you just need to sit here while I move the rest of our stuff out. After that, you can start your exploration around the house."
Leading you over to the couch, Dazai rested your cane next to you before reaching a hand out to ruffle your hair. After he gave you a final glance, he turned around and started unboxing the remaining boxes.
