Station Officer Steele is giving a very important lecture regarding deaths due to vehicular heat strokes that have been happening a lot lately in Pontypandy. Sam, Elvis and Penny are watching intently as station officer Steele began his lecture
"Right men. As you may have already heard, there has been a reported increase in the amount of vehicular heat strokes that happen due to children being left behind in the back seat by their own parents. Now from what was reported on the news, some people say that this sort of thing is an accident. However, being left behind in a car that can absorb and sustain hot scorching temperatures in less than an hour is no accident. "
He then points over to the other crude drawing of the car, specifically to it's doors
"It's a risk that every parent should recognize and take much needed precautions to ensure that incidents like these won't repeat themselves. Like for instance, every parent should always look before they lock. Would anybody like to take a guess what it means to look before you lock the car?"
