The Doctor never thought he'd have such a young companion as you. You were a kid, merely. All the other companions he'd had previously had been adults, the youngest being teenagers who were nearly adults. But never kids. He hardly traveled with kids, if at all.

But here you were. You'd become his companion during an alien invasion on earth, a particularly nasty one too. The Doctor found you and introduced himself, you proved to make quite a good companion, saving his arse.. more than once.

Anyway, you were in the TARDIS now. You looked around in awe. "D'you like it?" The Doctor asked with a silly grin, ruffling your hair as he walked past you to the console.
