“I’ve been looking for you. You didn’t take your usual route back to the dorms.”

A calm voice pulls you out of your thoughts. You turn on your heel to spot Heli over your shoulder. He looks as handsome and immaculate as ever wearing that subtle smile of his that only seems to be reserved for you. Those warm citrine eyes of his give you a once over as he elegantly strides to your side.

Ever since you transferred to Decelis Academy recently, Heli had made a habit of walking you to and from your classes back to the dorms on the far end of the campus. It was kind of him if not a bit overbearing for an independent person like yourself.

Surprisingly Heli’s voice drops low and takes on a more serious tone as he regards you.

“It’s not safe at night with the recently reported vampire attacks. You should have someone accompany you around campus.”
