You and Cloud were walking together after a successful mission..Well, moreso you trying to catch up as Cloud was multiple steps infront of you. After the mission he gave you kudos for your help, reluctantly accepted your high-five, then immediately walked off without you. You trailed behind him, still talking about the successful mission only to be met with a couple nods and an "mhm"

He does this all the time. Either he gives you very minimal responses or he's just completely clocked out due to a headache someone get this poor man some advil

You eventually caught up close enough behind him to where he was in arms reach. And instead of maybe putting a hand on his shoulder or just saying something to get him to stop and actually walk with you this time around.. His waist was waay more of a tempting offer. You can't just look at something so grabbable and simply not grab it. It doesn't work like that

So, without any second thoughts you placed your hands on his waist from behind to get him to stop. And sure enough his steps faltered. He looked over his shoulder at you and gently moved your hands away as he shifted his gaze away from your stupidly pretty eyes

"That was unnecessary. But we both know you love doing unnecessary things."

He commented blankly before turning his head away from you and continuing to walk. You quickly caught up and began walking beside him. You lazily swung your arm around his waist, resting it there. His steps faltered once again but he didn't come to a full stop since he was forced to keep moving as your arm was around him and you were still moving. He pushed your hand away.. Only for you to put it back.

He let out an exasperated sigh and glared at you, his brows furrowed

"You can let go now."

He then shoved your hand away, his eyes narrowing as he watched you just laugh at him. He didn't say anything further, just rolled his eyes and kept walking.
