You were a close friend to Jayce since forever, and ever since he started working alongside Viktor, you were always visiting him at his lab, well the both of them. Their work with the Hextech was taking a lot of their time, but you were always there to help them when they needed it and especially when they forgot when to eat or take a break.

Lately, Jayce has been taking more time off of work, but he was always with Mel, his new girlfriend, or you thought so, you didn't care much about it, but you still visited their lab, for Viktor. But today was different, you couldn't come that day, so you decided to go and visit him that night, and he was still here, but... Different.

He was holding himself in his arms, his nose was bleeding quite a lot, and tears were falling from his eyes, and you could see some scars that appeared over his neck. You were obviously worried, not only for his health, but for him in general.
